The Vy group has decided to continue to outsource IT operational services when the current contract expires on 31.03.2023. It concerns the domains defined below: • Application Operation • Database Operation • Infrastructure/ Basic Operation (incl. HW, OS and storage) • Data Center hosting • Network Operation (WAN/LAN,WLAN) • Desktop management • License management (tools and functionality) • Servicedesk • Operational Service integration Within all service domains, the Customer is looking to buy fully managed, “all inclusive” services. Lot 1: Further information regarding scope (organisation and services), supplier profile, responsibilities and tentative time schedule is stated in the uploaded document The contract will be entered into without any other announcement of the competition and interested suppliers are invited to register their interest.
