Direct Award for Web Security Gateway Licences under SVARS

South Lanarkshire Council has invested in one of the market leading web secure gateway products, Forcepoint Secure Web Gateway (Triton AP WEB) edition which provides South Lanarkshire Council cyber-attack protection and web filtering services. This product is now end of life and was superseded by Forcepoint One – Web Security Edition in 2022. We agreed to migrate to this new solution to ensure a seamless transition to a supported system and minimum disruption to the council’s IT Systems. The current contract - SLC/FC/23/050 for Forcepoint One Web Security Licences– expires on 01 October 2024 and must be renewed to ensure Council has continued cyber-attack protection and web filtering services.
