SLC/FC/24/025 Negotiated Contract for Advice Pro Case Management Software - Money Matters

Description

The Council has a requirement for a case management system for use by Debt and Welfare Rights Advice Services. The Debt and Welfare Rights Advice Services (Money Matters Advice Service) requires 70 User Licences and use of a digital referral module, bespoke Money Advice Module and a client signature portal. There is still an existing requirement for this software by the Debt and Welfare Rights Advice Services and the resource has indicated that this likely will be required for a number of years Lot 1: The Council has a requirement for a case management system for use by Debt and Welfare Rights Advice Services. This contract ran until 30 September 2023.
