Heriot Primary School, Boiler House and Full LTHW Heating Replacement

Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint a contractor to carry out the strip out of all main plant in the Boilerhouse, Heating Pipes and Radiators at Heriot Primary School. The Contractor will replace boilers, gas-fired water heater and boiler house equipment and will be required to completely replace all school heating pipework and radiators. Lot 1: Renfrewshire Council (the “Employer”) wishes to appoint a sole Contractor to carry out the stripping out all main plant in boiler house and all heating pipes and radiators in school. The replacement of boilers, gas-fired water heater and boiler house equipment and completely replace all school heating pipework and radiators.. This is a Prior Information Notice a Contract Notice will be issued circa 13th October 2025.
