Dublin Bus is looking to establish a maintenance contract for the supply and fit of various floor coverings such as vinyl tiles, carpet and stair products such as nosing and threads etc. at each of its facilities which consists of a number of locations throughout Dublin City and County. Dublin Bus wishes to establish a contract of rates which will be used as projects arise. The successful tenderer will be primarily responsible for small-scale new installations throughout all Dublin Bus facilities as well as general maintenance. The Contractor must have the necessary skills, competence, training and certification to carry out the works. The majority of works will be undertaken during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. However the successful tenderer must have the resources and be capable of doing out of hours works as required. The tender contract is for a period of 3 years with an option for additional two 1 year extensions.
