Fire Engineer Services for Abbot's Wood (Priority Building)

YHG have made a below threshold direct award to OFR Consultants for Fire Engineer Services for our Priority Building Project at Abbot's Wood, Chester. OFR were previously engaged before the Procurement Act to advise on this site. Due to the complex nature of the services relating to fire safety and the need for consistency of advice, as well as the knowledge retained by the consultants, YHG are making a below threshold direct award under the Procurement Act for OFR to support on the Works stage of the Abbot's Wood Priority Buildings Project. The services will be delivered between September 2025 and November 2026. ## Contract award
