Handling cash and transporting cash.

Description

The aim of the procurement is to cover Entur's need for handling cash and transporting cash in the contract period. The contract will only cover cash that comes from trains, not buses, as Enter is not responsible for cash from buses. Further details on the assignment are described in the tender documentation, part II, annex 1. An overview of the locations of the ticket machines and stations covered by the contract, as well as collection frequencies, are in part II, annex 1a. A negotiation meeting with the tenderer was held on 26.04.2022. The contract will be valid for two (2) years from the first delivery day, which is estimated to be 01.06.2022. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract one or more times for up to a further four (4) years, so that the contract has a total maximum duration of six (6) years.
