Gas appliance maintenance services

Description

Annual gas boiler and appliance servicing and maintenance contract for approximately 860 appliance. The bidder will be required to undertake the annual servicing of our gas appliances and provide 24 hour/365 day maintenance breakdown cover. There are approximately 860 appliances. These appliances are services once every 12 months and servicing can start to be planned from month 10. Successful bidder will also allow prospect staff access to an on line 'Gas Portal'. This IT technology will allow prospect staff to view each appliance and see such information as repairs history and service status. The successful bidder may also undertake unplanned replacement of appliances that may fail throughout the duration of the contract.
