Description

Loreburn Housing Association (hereafter named as ‘The Client’) a Registered Social Landlord, is looking to appoint a Patient Equipment Maintenance contractor for a five year maximum period. The contract will commence on the 1st of September 2026 and last for an initial period of two years with the option to extend on a yearly basis up to a maximum of three years. Lot 1: The works comprise annual servicing and repair of Patient and Specialist Adaptation Equipment.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
