Description

Overhalla Municipality will demolish, renovate and construct new premises at Hunn School. The school is located in Skage, halfway between the municipal centres in Overhalla and Namsos. The school has approx. 35 employees and 170 pupils. The announced contract is a turnkey contract based on contract standard NS:8407 (2011). The turnkey contract is for the complete delivery of all work including engineering design services for all disciplines. The main part of the contract is the demolition of parts of the current buildings, with the subsequent construction of a new school building for the year and a new multi-purpose hall. At the same time the buildings that are not demolished are to be upgraded to the current standard. Refer to the published procurement documents for combined content.
