NCS Trust is implementing a new service delivery model across 9 regions via a combination of direct and indirect contracting models, running a number of procurements to replace the current supplier contracts. This procurement is awarding 6 contracts to regional management partners to deliver the NCS programme in 6 NCS indirect regions throughout England. Key responsibilities include: — deliver the whole customer journey from recruitment, delivery and extension, — establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges and non-school channels, — hiring and training workforce, — management of their supply chain, — safeguarding and incident management. A management partner for the East Midlands region, responsible for the following local authorities: Derby, Derbyshire, Leicester, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Rutland. A management partner for the East region, responsible for the following local authorities: Bedford, Cambridgeshire, Central Bedfordshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Luton, Norfolk, Peterborough, Southend on Sea, Suffolk, Thurrock. A management partner for the North West region, responsible for the following local authorities: Blackburn With Darwen, Blackpool, Bolton, Bury, Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Cumbria, Halton, Knowsley, Lancashire, Liverpool, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Sefton, St. Helens, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, Warrington, Wigan, Wirral. A management partner for the South East region, responsible for the following local authorities: Bracknell Forest, Brighton and Hove, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, Isle Of Wight, Kent, Medway, Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, Portsmouth, Reading, Slough, Southampton, Surrey, West Berkshire, West Sussex, Windsor and Maidenhead, Wokingham. A management partner for the West Midlands region, responsible for the following local authorities: Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Herefordshire, Sandwell, Shropshire, Solihull, Staffordshire, Stoke on Trent, Telford and Wrekin, Walsall, Warwickshire, Wolverhampton, Worcestershire. A management partner for the Yorkshire and the Humber region, responsible for the following local authorities: Barnsley, Bradford, Calderdale, Doncaster, East Riding of Yorkshire, Kingston Upon Hull, City of, Kirklees, Leeds, North Yorkshire, Rotherham, Sheffield, Wakefield, York.
