Temporary Accommodation - Vulnerable Co-Occurring Single Women

This project and model of support will be delivered through the support provider and will build on the services existing strengths, networks and relationships to develop and deliver a person-centred, flexible and outcomes driven service. The project will provide a flexible and varied support provision for 24/7 Supported Temporary accommodation to vulnerable single women who are homeless: Single Vulnerable Women 18+, have co occurring needs (including as mental health issues, alcohol and/or substance misuse issues, offending, behaviour issues etc.), have been assessed as high needs ## Contract award
