Description

The purpose of this process was the re-procurement of an existing outsourced Hard Facilities Management Service to improve quality of service provided and reduce costs. The Service will include Operation and Maintenance of all aspects of the Facilities, including Estates and Engineering Plant, Buildings and Equipment. This service shall also include a fully planned and reactive maintenance service: Statutory and Mandatory tests and inspections and related duties.
