AL – ERI - Preliminary Design for the Rehabilitation of the Corridor VIII Rrogozhina–Pogradec Section

Description

Consultant shall undertake the following scope of work for the study section: • development of the preliminary design for alignment, superstructure, tunnel, structures, drainage, stations and road level crossings including the option analysis considering the relevant aspects, e.g. technical/technological, operational, environmental, financial, economical; • preparation of the feasibility study (including demand and cost-benefit analysis) and preliminary project procurement strategy; • preparation of environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA), stakeholder engagement plan (SEP), non-technical summary (NTS) and resettlement action plan (RAP); and • preparation of procurement documentation for the next step of project preparation. Lot 1: Same as above. Subject to the good performance of the selected service providers and budget availability, the contracting authority may include additional or complementary services necessary to the achievement of the technical assistance objectives. Such optional services may not represent more than 50 % of the initial maximum contract value nor last more than the initial contract duration. Lot 1: Same as above.
