Rope Access Surveys, Minor Repairs and Associated Services

Description

The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to establish a multi contractor Framework Agreement for the provision of Rope Access Surveys, Minor Repairs and Associated Services for a period of two years with the option to extend up to two times twelve months. Lot 1: The Contractor will be required to carry out visual and hands-on inspections of the external fabric of mixed-tenure tenement properties and high-rise blocks at various locations across the City of Edinburgh generally utilising rope access techniques by qualified Irata rope access technicians and appropriately qualified steeplejack Contractors.
