Castles and Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) wishes to procure the services of a competent contractor to undertake works that include the full replacement of the existing slate roof covering and repairs to masonry and chimney stacks across Westoe Court. The general scope of works includes the following: - Full replacement of the roof covering and associated works - Repairs to the chimney stacks and associated flashings - Replacement of all lead soakers to parapet, chimneys and bay windows - Full replacement of rainwater goods - Repairs to brick corbel detailing at eaves level - Removal of existing loft insulation, cleaning and installing of new - Repairs to the fire break on the Party Wall - Full environmental clean for the removal of wasp nests
