Market Engagement - Roofing Renewal Programme for WCHG

Please note this is not a call for competition and only a preliminary market engagement. Wythenshawe Community Housing Group has a requirement for a new Re-roofing contract. This will replace the existing contract, which expires in Spring 2026. Works will involve the Re-roofing(complete) and chimney works as well as soffit, fascia and guttering renewal to residential properties across the Wythenshawe area. These properties are generally standard two storey brick constructed properties, however, there will be a requirement to re-roof larger three storey blocks of flats. The contractor is advised to familiarise themselves with the properties and the scope of the task involved. Keywords: Roofing Works
