CLEANING SERVICES AT MAYLANDS BUSINESS CENTRE AND KYLNA BUSINESS CENTRE This is a Competitive Flexible procedure with 2 stages: Stage One - Procurement Specific Questionnaire – Conditions of Participation Process Stage Two - The Council’s Invitation To Tender Maylands Business Centre (MBC) this comprises of 3 buildings – Innovation Building, Incubation Building and Extension Building. Kylna Business Centre (KBC) is a newer development with offices and reception area on the ground floor. The cleaning contract will only relate to the ground floor. The current supplier who cleans both Maylands Business Centre and Kylna Business Centre has confirmed that TUPE does apply. The contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing on 1 October 2026 and ending on 30 September 2029 with options to extend for 1+1 further years.
