This Notice is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Notice for the Award of the Provision of Emergency Accommodation and Wrap around care for LDA Adults Birmingham & Solihull under PSR Competitive Process. Lot 1: Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust (BSMHFT) has undertaken a procurement exercise to obtain a contract for the Provision of emergency accommodation and wrap around care for LDA (Learning Disability, Autism) Adults Birmingham & Solihull (BSOL). <br/><br/>This notice is an intention to award a contract under the PSR Competitive process.<br/><br/>The contract is planned to commence from 1st April 2026 for 3 Years plus the option to extend for a further 2 Years.<br/><br/>The lifetime value of the contract is £3,746,764 inc. VAT.<br/><br/>This is an existing service.<br/><br/>The Provider being awarded the contract for this is Claremont Living Group Ltd.<br/><br/>This is a new Provider.
