Conscious Sedation Dental Service for Anxious Adults across Cheshire and Merseyside

Description

The service provides dental sedation services for anxious patients across Cheshire and Merseyside. The service is for referred adult patients who have a high level of dental anxiety and require simple restorative dental care or specified procedures which are classed as level 1 oral surgery procedures and who have demonstrated that they are unable to tolerate this treatment in general dental practice and therefore require conscious sedation. Lot 1: NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB intend to award a 1 year contract via Direct Award C to incumbent providers to deliver a Sedation Service for anxious patients in Cheshire and Merseyside. The contract will start on the 1st of April 2026, expire on 31st March 2027 and has an annual contract value of £160,933.38.
