Description

The contest is for a contract for project management for 3 health buildings. The projects vary in scope and will be ongoing over approx. 3-7 years. The value of the procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold. The volumes in point 1.1.4 are estimates and are not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contest is subject to cancellation by the contracting authority, due to budget coverage and political approval, amongst other things. Lot 1: Lots/groups Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Sub-tenders cannot be submitted for individual groups, nor alternative tenders. Groups: Group 1: Project manager for a municipal nursing home with 200 places. Estimated value NOK 4 million - NOK 4.5 million over 7-8 years. Group 2: Project manager for a building with 6-8 childrens homes. Estimated value NOK 2.5 million - NOK 3 million over approx. three years. Group 3: Project manager for housing for mental health, 8-10 residential units. Estimated value NOK 2.5 million - NOK 3 million over approx. three years. The contracting authority needs to reduce the risk and vulnerability in the project execution, and will have three different project managers - one for each building. The evaluation will therefore be made in accordance with the following procedure: Group 1 will be evaluated first and a winner will be chosen. Group 2 will then be evaluated. Tenders from the chosen tenderer in group 1 will not be taken into consideration in the evaluation if the same project manager is also offered for group 2. Finally, group 3 will be evaluated. Tenders from the winners of groups 1 and 2 that have offered the same project manager for group 3 will not be taken into consideration in the evaluation. Contract NS8402 Contract period. The contract is expected to signed on 2023-12-01. Contract provisions The contractual relationship will be governed by NS 8402:2010. The annex to the tender documentation is part of the contract documents. Tenderers must familiarise themselves with all the contract terms.
