Description

New Respite facility and Site development along with all building and civil engineering works within a prepared site including I. Completion of 1 km long access road with integral passing points. II. Completion of two causeway access across existing wet-land areas III. Surface water drainage system including attenuation and storm water retention IV Completion of carparking and general services roads to facilitate movement of cars, ambulance, emergency and service vehicles V. Recording and demolition of part of existing entrance wall and associated pillars. Re-construction of entrance walls and piers to form sightlines as roads requirement. VI. Construction of new two storey Daisy Lodge respite facility . VII. New landscape proposals including pathways and surface water management for site of approximatly 1 Hectare VIII. New ESB Infrastructure including LV Substation, Standby Generator, Solar array, Switch Room, Transformer Room and LV Switch room. IX. All proposed surface water drainage to new road and carparking areas including culverting and/or diverting of existing watercourses. X. New water main and associated hydrant. XI. All connections to existing foul treatment system and new connection to IW infrastructure. XII. New signage at site boundary along the L56609. XIII. All associated site works including security offices, fencing, embankments, ducting and site services.
