European Breakdown & Recovery Service

Description

The Authority requires a 24 hour, 365 days a year European Breakdown & Recovery Service. The service will need to cover the whole of Europe including the Baltics, Balkans, Eastern Europe and Turkey. The service will need to include roadside vehicle repair, recovery and towing to a garage/dealer or other facility etc. as expected of an industry standard breakdown & recovery service. The Authority's fleet is made up of 20 (twenty) vehicles containing a variety of Light Commercial Transit Vans and HGV lorries. Early engagement from interested suppliers is only required at this stage. An Expression of Interest document has been provided (Section 5.
