Description

The project will be separated into 2 phases. Phase 1 (upgrades to the existing FET centre) will consist of:  Conversion of the existing technical post primary rooms into 2No. electrical apprentices’ rooms (28No. units) Upgrade works to 2no Classrooms  Canteen/Kitchen upgrades  Toilet upgrades  Office and reception accommodation  New building services including Fire Safety Works, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Heating Services. Phase 2 (new extension to the existing FET Centre) to accommodate:  Woodwork workshop  Woodwork preparation room  1no. Classroom  Car park  Associated site works.
