Funded ELC will consist of education and care which is suitable for eligible children, and will take regard to the importance of interactions, spaces and experiences that support their learning and development. Children accessing funded ELC will be offered a free meal. Lot 1: The Invitation to Tender (ITT) document attached to this contract notice describes the procurement.. The contract 'year' aligns with school years in Angus and may in some cases exceed 365 days.
