Children’s Activities Framework – Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) & Great Childhoods Ambition (GCA) - Pre-Market Engagement

The Council is intending to undertake a procurement exercise for children's activities including Holidays Activities & Food (HAF) and Great Childhood’s Ambition (GCA). In order to help inform such an exercise, the Council is undertaking this pre-market engagement stage to explore what is available in the market, seeking feedback and guidance from providers. There will be 2 supplier presentation briefing sessions held on Wednesday 17th December at 11:00 and 13:30 via MS Teams. Each session is expected to last no more than 1 hour. A maximum of two representatives per supplier organisation may attend either session. For further information, please download and review the Pre-Market Engagement - Document for Suppliers. To confirm attendance to one of the sessions, please complete and submit Appendix 1 by the deadline of 12noon on 15/12/2025. Please note that the value and contract dates used within this notice are estimates and to be confirmed.
