2022-4556 Software for serving municipal fees and property tax

Description

Holmestrand Municipality would like to procure software to serve our technical services and property tax. Lot 1: The software must be able to give a total overview of the fee basis for each professional module, water, sewage. In addition, the system must be able to receive customer information and fees on building numbers for renovation and chimney sweeping/inspections so that the fee history fore each cadastral number/title number is complete. The software must include systems for the water and sewage sector that ensure clear management of the services and a correct basis for ledger bookkeeping of fees. At the same time the software must serve the municipality's issuing of property tax. The software will be used from 01.10.2022. (First run 20.11.2022) Course base/test base that can be used for training and testing from 01.09.2022.
