This service is to deliver a mental health and emotional wellbeing offer to children, young people and families in Bolton. The service delivers the following four schemes under one service specification: - Bolton I-Thrive (11 - 19/25) - I-Thrive Referral Hub and 0 - 2 offer - Parent/Carer Mental Health Peer Support - CYP Counselling and SEND offer This contract will be for 2-years from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2027. The total value of this contract is £879,953. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Direct Award Process C intention to award notice, this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Lot 1: The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of The Procurement Act 2023 Regulations do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight on 2nd September 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
