Inverness Campus Phase 2 Infrastructure Design Team

Description

Form and lead a design team including Architect, Civil/Structural Engineer, Principal Designer, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, Landscape Architect (all to RIBA Stage 4 and Tender Pack). The contract has a start date of 9.2.2026 and an end date of 8.2.2027 plus 1 optional 6 month extension. Lot 1: It is expected that these services will be required from January 2026 for an initial period of 12 months unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the contract, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 6 months following the Initial Term. The value in II.1.7 and V.2.4 is the estimated total spend inclusive of an additional 15% client risk. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
