To 3 no. vacant and 1 no. occupied unit industrial units: <br />Replacement of existing built up plasterboard/asbestos-cement roof covering, trims, gutters, downpipes and rooflights with new composite insulated panels, rooflights and valley and eaves gutter systems. Including safe disposal of all asbestos containing materials from site. <br /> <br />Replacement of 4 no. existing shopfronts and 1 no. existing roller shutter with 5 no. new full height glazed screens incorporating accessible width doors and solid panels to conceal floor/ceiling zones. Including new structural support for head of frames and new externally mounted roller shutter. <br /> <br />Installation of new architectural insulated composite panel surround to shopfronts, single skin cladding to elevations at the eaves and insulated composite panel cladding to elevations at gable ends. <br /> <br />Replacement of 3 no. existing roller shutter doors with new insulated roller shutter doors and replacement of 1 no. small roller shutter with new external double leaf aluminium glazed doorset. <br />
