The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for machine-crushed gravel and stone materials for municipal projects and operation. Top soil will also be delivered. The total value of the procurement is estimated to be NOK 8 million excluding VAT. There is great uncertainty concerning the scope as we are currently unfamiliar with projects that may be decided to be implemented during the contract period. The assumed and non-binding volume may vary greatly during the contract period and the variations can be from NOK 1 million excluding VAT — NOK 3 million excluding VAT per year. The tenderer will deliver the products free uploaded on the contracting authority own lorries within the normal working day, 7.00 — 15.00. Stone-crushing mills located at long geographic distances, measured in the number of kilometres from Arendalsveien 23, 4878 Grimstad, will be given a price mark-up which represents the cost the contracting authority incurs by driving to and from the supplier's stone-crushing mill/collection location. The contracting authority's own costs are wages with social costs for drivers as well as the vehicle costs. It will therefore be more expensive for the contracting authority to choose a supplier with a longer geographic distance. The price mark-up will be in the Price Form.
