Description

The Realignment of a 2km section of National Secondary Road to Type 1 single carriageway standard, and incorporating an at-grade priority junction. The works also include associated site clearance, drainage works accommodation works, diversions of existing services, provision of road markings, traffic signs and traffic management. The contractor shall also be responsible for the design & construction of the following elements: -1 no. Box culvert & associated headwalls at Ch760. -Foundations for 203m of 2m high screen fencing. -Pasively Safe Sign Poles & foundation design for 1 no. sign. The townland of Ballynaslee is in County Kilkenny. The site is situated approximately 3.5km north of Ballyragget, Co. Kilkenny and approximately 2Km south of Durrow, Co. Laois.
