Controlled Door Entry & Fire Safety Equipment Servicing and Maintenance

Description

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is preparing to procure servicing and maintenance contracts for door entry and fire safety equipment across its housing stock, covering sheltered housing, general needs blocks. This contract is for the repair and maintenance of all door entry systems and ad-hoc minor upgrades as required. The maintenance of new door entry systems installed under the capital programme; repairs and maintenance of existing CCTV systems; maintenance, servicing and compliance requirements for automated gates; repairs and maintenance of communal tv aerials; repairs and maintenance of existing IRS systems; and a life-cycle condition report on existing systems to inform future planned maintenance and capital programs.
