Description
The works comprise the maintenance of the existing roofs and gutters to tenemental properties and housing. The works shall include annual roof inspection/ reporting, roof anchor testing, gutter cleaning and carrying out minor repairs. Lot 1: Selection of a suitable Contractor with recent relevant experience (refer to SPD document) for gutter cleaning, roof anchor testing and roof maintenance works. Bidders must achieve the minimum threshold of 65% for the SPD submission to have their Quality and Price Tender evaluated. Contract will be awarded to a single suitable Contractor following evaluation of the Tender Price and Quality Questionnaire submitted as part of this tender process.
