Description
The procurement is a total procurement of a general platform for patient signalling and other welfare technology with the accompanying alarms, sensors, and services that cover the needs of the municipality's institutions, sheltered accommodation flats, and residential and service centres, as well as the home care service and other relevant municipal offers. It is a prerequisite that the municipality and tenderer collaborate to implement innovative solutions in the contract period, and that such solutions are implemented in the systems delivered in the procurement. See annexes SSA-R, SSA-K and SSA-L for futher details. Ås and Vestby Municipalities and inhabitant procurements can use the framework agreement and be included as an option in this procurement. Lot 1: - Service recipients in the municipalities must experience a continuous, predictable, and efficient service across municipal residential and service offers. This is to be achieved by collaboration between the actors being digitalised to the greatest possible degree, and by a uniform approach to the choice of technology that makes it possible to use the same technology in health buildings/institutions and by persons living at home. - A service recipient must receive correct help as soon as possible after an enquiry. This means that the technology used by the service recipient must be able to describe the real situation in the best possible way. The system must see to the user's needs, simplify the working day for health personnel, and allow involvement of relatives and volunteers. - The municipality will use this procurement to from a foundation to expand and develop a uniform service offer around welfare technology. Service recipients in the municipality must have modern, innovative, efficient, and good services supported by welfare technology, and employees/the municipality must experience better quality and work flow in their working day. The technology must also give more efficient work processes, better use of resources, save time, and avoid costs. - Achieve automated and more accessible documentation to the EPJ, as well as future possibilities for VKP and any other national systems that come. - Option to connect to the current response system in Helsevakta Fredrikstad when appropriate. - Option to obtain statistics and reuse data acquired. - Focus on sustainability and reuse/recycling of new and old systems. - Strengthen information security and personal protection for users of the service, and contribute to better services and increased operational reliability with a high running time.
