Cox Green School wishes to invite tenders for the provision of cleaning the School. Cox Green School wishes to invite tenders for the provision of cleaning the School. Suppliers that are interested in this tender process are invited to register here https://in-tendhost.co.uk/i-clean and ‘Express Interest’ upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation through this e-tendering system. When the tender documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email; the tender documents can be accessed from the ‘My Tenders’ section of their registration page by selecting the ‘view details’ button. Please note that it is a requirement of the Public contracts Regulations 2015 that all tender documents are disclosed at the PQQ stage; this is to enable suppliers to ascertain whether they have the capacity to complete the process. The ONLY documents required to be returned at the end of stage 1 (PQQ) are: 1. The standard questionnaire (ICS — S3 — 001) word document. 2. A copy of your financial evidence as per section 4 Economic and Financial Standing. 3. Confirmation of site visit attendees should you progress to stage 2 — ITT. All other documents are for information purposes only and will be issued upon progression to stage 2 (ITT). Cleaning services are required Monday to Friday for 39 term time weeks per year which includes the non pupil training days, plus 4 weeks during the holidays. The school will request additional periodics tasks, not included in the main specification to be done during closure periods. The contract will begin on 1.7.2017 and run until 30.6.2020 with an option to extend as per the contractual Terms and Conditions ITT Section 2, for 2 further 12 month periods. Please note there may be a delay of up to 12 hours between the contract notice publication and the tender details being available on the e-tendering portal. Key dates to note are: Tenderers' site visit — 14.2.2017 Presentations by finalists — 30.3.2017 Onsite signing of terms and conditions — 24.4.2017.
