Description

St Mary's NHS Trust carried out a procurement in 2005 for a framework agreement for the grouped procurement of sterile services for (the ‘Decontamination Services Agreement’ or ‘DSA’) for the following NHS Trusts: North West London Hospitals NHS Trust, Ealing Hospital NHS Trust, The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust, The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, West Middlesex University Hospital, Whittington Hospital NHS Trust. The DSA was awarded to IHSS Limited (‘IHSS’, formerly known as Inhealth Sterile Services Limited). Due to circumstances which were not foreseen, the DSA between the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust (the ‘Trust’) must be varied to allow for the on-going provision of decontamination services.
