Description

The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Construction Consultancy Services (2025) provides a broad range of professional consultant services to support ENP Members/Licensees. These services include various consultancy and specialist services, principally for construction related services for social housing, public sector and commercial buildings, and specialist areas such renewable energy services. The scope may also extend to other property types that are owned or managed by Members/Licensees. Whilst the DPS would be UK wide, Consultants will be able to select particular regions that they operate in. A DPS is a completely electronic process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015..
