Provision for Lee Valley Ice Centre Changing Room Works

Description

The Authority invites tenders from Contractors for changing room repairs at Lee Valley Ice Centre, Lea Bridge Road, London, E10 7QL. The works entail replacing nine faulty linear shower drainage trays, isolated repairs of concrete screeds in showers, the replacement of all vinyl floor coverings in showers, and all skirting detail in the changing rooms. There is a further requirement to strip out the bottom three rows of tiles to each shower area to enable the floor trims to be fitted. Due to being a live venue, all works will be performed in a staged fashion over a 3-month period, on a room-by-room basis, to keep venue disruptions to a minimum. The Authority is the owner of the Venue which is operated by Greenwich Leisure Ltd (GLL) and is responsible for the rectification works. ## Contract award Title: Provision for Lee Valley Ice Centre Changing Room Works
