Brief Description of the Proposed Service Generally, the service will comprise Mobile Phone & iPad Supply and Data Services. DHA wishes to enter into Contract Agreements (MTCA) with a suitably qualified and experienced service provider in the provision of Mobile Phone & iPad Supply and Data Services for delivery of the service as detailed in the specification. The contract will be for a 3-year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1-year periods solely at DHA discretion to a maximum of 5 years. Lot 1: As set out in the ITT. Specification 1. 19 x Connections 2. Flexible Network 3. 12 x iPhone SE 3 64GB 4. 7 x iPad 9th Generation 64GB 5. Fully Managed Client Portal 6. Signal coverage must include Garelochhead, Rosneath, Arrochar and Lochgoilhead With each service the user requires: 1. Unlimited calls to all UK 01,02 and 03 Landlines 2. Unlimited calls to all UK mobiles 3. Unlimited Texts 4. 5G Data 5. 5GB Data 6. SMS Included (with Picture Messaging). All as stated in the ITT
