Description

Freebridge Community Housing invites qualified and experienced Engagement Platform service providers to submit proposals for providing a Tenant Engagement Platform. The platform design should consider customer needs, and the provider should have experience in seamless platform migrations. Our objectives for the engagement are focused on fostering a connected community, enhancing tenant experiences, and strengthening relationships among our tenants, local communities, and Freebridge, the landlord. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
