See attached document. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to commence market engagement around Dublin Airport’s proposed Capital Investment Programme (CIP) 2020+. Dublin Airport has experienced strong traffic growth over the last several years and in 2018, more than 31 000 000 passengers passed through Dublin Airport and Dublin Airport has now started formal consultations on a major capital investment programme for Dublin Airport, which has at its heart is a capacity plan to help the airport grow to 40 000 000 passengers a year. This investment programme will deliver new boarding gate areas, aircraft parking stands and many other significant improvements. Separately, the contract for the new North Runway has recently been awarded. The projects within the proposed CIP have been grouped into broad categories that reflect the nature of the investment required. The proposed groupings are considered under 2 broad headings: core and capacity. The proposed core projects are predominantly around Asset Care, Commercial Revenue, Information Technology and Security. The proposed Capacity projects are predominantly centred around Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Airfield. The combined value of the Core and Capacity projects will exceed 1 000 000 000 EUR.
