Description

The provision of Fund Management Services relating to the Commercial Investment Fund (CIF) and Residential Investment Fund (RIF), and other funds as required. The appointed supplier will provide investment management and operational support for the funds, including the identification, assessment, and management of investment opportunities in accordance with investment objectives and governance framework. In addition to supporting new investments, the appointed supplier will assume responsibility for managing the existing CIF and RIF loan portfolio. This procurement seeks to appoint a delivery partner capable of supporting the effective deployment and management of these funds while ensuring robust governance, transparency, and alignment with WMCA's regional economic objectives.
