City of Sunderland College (trading as Sunderland College, Hartlepool Sixth Form, Northumberland College and Education Partnership North East) herein referred to as the "College" have a requirement for the Provision Two-Way Radios. The College currently hire two-way radios but now desire to purchase their own due to having poor controls previously.
