West Lothian Council requires a cloud based payment service which manages Bacs payments, prompt payments, Cheques, Direct Debits etc. Lot 1: West Lothian Council has used a Bankers Automated Clearing System (BACS) since 2007. The aim is to procure a robust BACS payments / Direct Debit collection system which meets the needs of the council for collection and receipt of payments.
