Inclusive Recruitment Workshops for Managers

The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is seeking to procure a specialist equalities training provider having the relevant knowledge, expertise and experience to co-design and deliver bespoke Inclusive Recruitment workshops for managers. The workshops will be a requirement for hiring managers prior to undertaking recruitment (Local Government and Teaching). Lot 1: This PIN is for market engagement. The contracting authority wishes to gauge market capacity and identify potential providers with demonstrable experience in delivering inclusive recruitment training workshops to executive or senior management tiers. Training Providers must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering face-to-face inclusive recruitment in person workshops, unconscious bias, or diversity leadership workshops. Key Requirements -Design: Collaborative co-design with the Council's Human Resources (HR) team to align with relevant Council policies, procedure and culture. -Volume: Approx. 20–25 full-day workshops a year (up to 4 years) -Delivery: Delivery is In-person; with approximately 6 online sessions per year to account for accessibility.
