This notice is being published to advise the market about a failed procurement. NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS Shropshire Clinical Commissioning Group (referred to as the Commissioner(s) from this point onwards), invited suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the primary medical services at the Whitehall Medical Practice in Shropshire, under the APMS contract. For the procurement, the commissioners acted under co-commissioning delegated authority from NHS England (North Midlands). The procurement was published with an agreement (i.e. contract) duration of 4 years and 6 months and it was anticipated that the successful provider would be fully operational, providing services from 1.10.2019. No bids were received during the procurement and therefore the commissioners decided to disperse the patient list amongst the other GP surgeries adjacent to the Whitehall GP surgery.
