Published
Description
The project aspires to reinstate all fire-damaged elements to return the pier to as-existing condition prior to a vessel fire event in June 2022 Princess Pier is an important public amenity. Its ongoing partial or whole closure presents risk to public perception of Torbay in particular at its peak holiday period, and restricts use and enjoyment in connection with pleasure and other vessel berthing.
