Description
The works comprise: scaffolding elevations (including return onto Gable/Pine Place) (top lift only), full roof refurbishment including new sarking and roof timbers, roof leadwork, liquid plastics at roof level including curved dormers, minor stone repairs and brick repointing, replacement downpipes and gutters, new soffits and fascia board and decoration to rear close windows and front Juliet balconies externally. Lot 1: New Gorbals Housing Association intends to enter into a Contract with a single contractor for roof replacements and associated works.
