Provision of Family Breaks

Description
Family Fund is looking for a travel agent to supply a wide range of UK and oversees holidays to families caring for disabled and seriously ill children living in the UK, who have received a family break grant. Bookings should be accepted online and over the telephone, in store is preferable but not essential and staff should be aware of the difficulties that families face when travelling with a disabled child/children. The ability to book adapted rooms, with appropriate equipment is key, where required by the family. Protection of grant funding is essential, so our preference is for any gift card/voucher scheme to be paid on redemption. Once the holiday is booked, the funds must be ABTA/ATOL protected. A full audit trail must be available, along with relevant management information and the ability to ensure that the disabled child is included on the booking. Electronic order files and invoicing are required, in line with Family Fund's standard file formats.
